Wandacare was pioneered by Wandahome and was launched into the caravan market in 1999 and is now a very important part of the company's portfolio.

Prior to Wandacare, customers in the industry were getting a raw deal when purchasing a caravan from a dealer situated any distance from their home. When you purchase a caravan the guarantee stipulates that for servicing or any warranty issues the caravan must be returned to the supplying dealer, which could be 300 miles away. We at Wandahome were not happy with this situation and developed Wandacare to combat it. No other caravan dealer in the industry offers you this level of service and the best part is that Wandacare is absolutely free to the customer.

Having purchased a caravan from us, should you have any questions, a query or fault you can simply ring your local centre (see map for details of centre locations) and they will be more than happy to look after you. We have Wandacare Centres from Scotland to Cornwall so there should be one near you.

Our Wandacare Centres have been approved by the directors of Wandahome as having the premises, staff and ability to deal speedily with any kind of repair to a touring caravan. They have also been approved by The Explorer Group, Coachman Caravan Co. Ltd, Fleetwood and Geist Vehicle Leisure to carry out all types of work for and on behalf of Wandahome and are constantly reviewed by Wandahome to ensure their care and commitment to our customers.
